To start at the beginning, a serviced apartment is a self-contained apartment in a building, which has a separate bedroom, sitting room/lounge, fully equipped kitchen, your own private keys to own door. Serviced apartments can be in the form of a studio flat (all in one room with a kitchenette), or have one or two bedrooms. Serviced apartments charge per apartment and not per person, for example 2 business guests sharing a 2 bedroom apartment at the rate of £150 per night would mean only £75 per person per night, or 4 people sharing a 2 bedroom would average £37.50 per night. This is clearly a cost effective option!
Booking a serviced apartment is very simple. Unlike booking a long term apartment, serviced apartments only requests the guest pay for their accommodation, no lengthy procedures, and no large deposits required. Form filling is simple, with no long term commitments.
