At Portfolio Service Apartments we specialise in providing quality, luxury serviced apartments.

 

A serviced apartment combines the key comforts of a hotel with the benefits you get from renting your own space. We provide the convenience of a housekeeping service, fresh towel and linen change, 24/7 on-call guest services and free broadband access, as well as the space and facilities you get with an apartment such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.


 

WHAT SERVICES AND FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PER NIGHT RATE?


 

We include everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, promising no cheeky hidden extras.

 

All our serviced apartments are fully furnished with high speed broadband, a DVD Player, Flat Screen TV with Freeview (or sky) a fully equipped kitchen (including all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery) and a washing machine/tumble dryer.

 

Fresh towels and linen are provided and refreshed weekly as part of our housekeeping service.

 

Our Guest Services Team is also on call 24/7 to assist with any problems which may arise whether they be a faulty washing machine or a medical emergency.


 

HOW OFTEN ARE THE ROOMS SERVICED?


 

Our apartments have a weekly housekeeping service. This keeps your apartment looking the way it did when you first arrived, in show home condition and includes a linen and towel change once a week


 

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO MY APARTMENT AND WILL I BE MET ON ARRIVAL?


 

We offer a meet and greet service and also a self-check-in service. This can be discussed at time of booking and solely depends on what suits you best. A ‘meet and greet’ will mean a member of our team will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and show you how everything works. They will answer all your questions, ensuring you are happy and comfortable as well providing any extra necessities upon your request such as extra bedding or maybe a rice cooker. It isn't something we have to do; it's something we want to do!

 

Alternatively, we can appreciate that when travelling committing to a time of arrival isn’t always the easiest and can often add more stress and pressure to your day. If you would rather arrive at your own convenience and without any pressure, we will arrange for the keys to be left somewhere safe. We will email you a fully comprehensive guide to take you through your check in and arrival process step by step.

 

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IF I WISH TO CANCEL?


 

We require a 21 day notice period for you to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid. If you cancel within the 21 day period we have a sliding scale depending on the amount of notice you provide. We will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however as our apartments tend to be booked well in advance it is often not possible for us to re-let your apartment which makes our cancellation policy necessary.
