We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are taking the recommended extra precautions to help protect our guests, staff and partners during the current COVID-19 situation.


What we are doing:

  • We are continuously monitoring developments in respect of COVID-19 and are following the advice of Public Health England & other authorities
  • From this week, we will be adjusting our welcome packs and providing all guests in each apartment with a weekly care package including; extra disinfectant and cleaning materials for the guest to use, extra toilet roll, antibacterial hand soap (which will be replenished weekly) disposable tea towels and extra hand towels. These will be available regardless of length of stay
  • Our housekeeping staff will continue to sanitize all surfaces, with increased cleaning during all services. Weekly services will continue unless a guest specifically requests otherwise
  • Our laundry partners have reassured us that all linen and towels will be washed at high temperatures to ensure maximum levels of hygiene
  • Our staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, have been fully briefed on our policy and are taking extra precautions – including wearing gloves in the apartments. They are also checking and reporting their own personal health daily to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19
  • We are placing information posters in all apartments, to inform and reassure our guest
  • In the event that a guest needs to self-isolate we are promising our full support, such as assistance with grocery shopping and other additional services. Please contact us for further information

 What we ask from guests & partners:

  •  We encourage guests to take precautionary steps to help reduce risk, such as washing your hands thoroughly and often
  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been tested positive for the virus
  • If you are aware of any guests or colleagues facing travel restrictions please contact us for availability and/or extensions, and we will be happy to help
